The Two Courses

Lakes Course

Par 72 · Up to 6,500 yards

Named for the multiple water features woven through the layout — lakes and ponds on several holes add both visual interest and strategic challenge. More forgiving off the tee than the Palo Verde Course. The signature holes run along the community perimeter with mountain backdrop views. Popular for league play and casual rounds.

Palo Verde Course

Par 72 · Up to 6,700 yards

Desert parkland design with mature palo verde and desert vegetation framing the fairways. Slightly more demanding than the Lakes Course with narrower landing areas. Well-suited for lower handicap players who want more of a test. The two-course setup means Westbrook Village golfers almost never face tee time scarcity during peak season.
