Potomac Green residents in Ashburn have several well-regarded public courses within a short drive, as do Heritage Hunt and Regency residents who drive to off-site options for variety.
Golf-course-facing lots at Heritage Hunt and Regency DV consistently command premiums on resale. Non-golfers who buy a golf-facing lot benefit from that premium when they sell — even if they never play. The lot premium is a real estate value, not just a lifestyle preference.
