Heritage Hunt's Elevator Condos in Detail

Heritage Hunt has four elevator condominium buildings with 154 total units. All four buildings have elevator access, making them true lock-and-leave properties. Units range from approximately 1,200 to 1,800 square feet with one or two bedrooms and assigned parking spaces.

The HOA fee for condo units covers all exterior maintenance including roof, building exterior, windows, and common areas — owners are responsible only for the interior. This is the most turnkey ownership model available in Heritage Hunt and the lowest-maintenance option for buyers who travel frequently.

Condo units are the most affordable Heritage Hunt entry point and provide full access to all community amenities. The trade-offs versus a villa or detached home are smaller square footage and no private garage.

Within Each Type, What Creates Value

Golf course lot position. Detached homes and villas backing to the Arthur Hills course consistently sell at a 5–10% premium over comparable interior-lot homes. The view and the prestige of a golf course lot drives this premium reliably.

Main-level primary bedroom and laundry. Floor plans where the primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry are all on the main level price above plans that require stairs for any of these functions. As buyers age, this becomes increasingly important — and sophisticated buyers factor it in from day one.

Renovation quality. Heritage Hunt homes were built between 1998 and 2006. A home with a renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and fresh paint commands a meaningful premium over an original-condition home at the same square footage. The premium is real and persistent — buyers in 55+ communities are generally not interested in taking on renovation projects after they move in.
