Two HOAs, Two Fees

Regency at Dominion Valley has a dual HOA structure: the Regency at Dominion Valley 55+ HOA and the Dominion Valley Country Club master HOA. Homeowners pay both fees. The combined monthly cost varies by home type and ranges from approximately $300 to $500/month depending on whether you own a Greenbrier condo, a townhome/patio home, or a detached home.
