Skyestone is a 55+ age-restricted community of 532 homes in Broomfield, built by Oakwood Homes between 2014 and 2019. Now fully built out and resale-only. Priced from $600s to $900s. Broomfield County — Colorado’s smallest county, created in 2001 — has its own tax rate of approximately 0.58%, between Denver and Douglas counties in favorability.
